Do you ship to my country, and how long does it take?

How does the automatic movement work?
The Japanese NH35 winds itself from the natural motion of your wrist, so there's no battery to replace. You can also wind it by hand by turning the crown clockwise.
My watch stopped overnight. Is it broken?
No, that's normal for an automatic. Fully wound, it runs for about 41 hours off the wrist. If it stops, give the crown 40–50 turns clockwise and set the time again.
What if something goes wrong, or I don't like it?
Every watch comes with a 180-day international warranty, and eligible orders can be returned within 30 days, in all four countries.
